Antalya-based shipyard Alia Yachts and brokerage house Burgess have signed a contract to build a fully custom 45-metre superyacht, with a volume just under 500 GT. The yacht is set
to be delivered in summer 2026.The motor yacht will feature exterior design penned by H2 Yacht Design, while her interiors will stem from the drawing boards of Vickers Studio and
her naval architecture will be crafted by Van Oossanen Naval Architects. Burgess Technical Services will be working with all parties to oversee the build.

stated in the State of Yachting 2023 report and represents a 35% increase from the 150 yachts delivered in 2018.The increase in yacht deliveries in 2023 can primarily be attributed
to a continued relatively high order intake, leading to a backlog of orders. The yacht industry encountered considerable supply chain disruptions throughout 2021 and 2022. These
disruptions significantly impeded yacht construction timelines, resulting in widespread delays that subsequently contributed to the increased number of deliveries observed in 2023.
